27 Exeter Street

We have just come home after our three night stay at 27 Exeter Street and overall, enjoyed our stay. Why only three stars then? On the plus side the house is spacious, comfortable and has a great location- right by the town and beaches, yet quiet. The amenities were fine but the attention to detail was lacking and gave an overall impression that the owners/agents didn't really care. Our group are all seniors and we felt the autumn chill in the mornings and evening but could not turn the heating on- the control was missing. Also, very limited extra blankets and we even had to buy toilet roll. there was no welcome pack unless you include the three custard creams by the sink. Despite this, we had a good time but this may help manage other guests expectations and help when deciding on pricing. Don't let it put you off but be aware. (PS Parking is a nightmare).
