Clean place, simple sweet breakfast, nice and helpful host and good - central location. Overall good value for money. Parking not available at site, public parking is close by.

Great Place!

I had booked three weeks in advance, and on the day of arrival, we left our bags, but since it was early, we couldn't get into the room. We agreed with the manager that we would return around 8:00 PM as we had an excursion planned. When we returned to the hotel, he told us that our room keys had been lost and that he couldn't give us another one, but that there were other nearby hotels, even better than his, that would accommodate us for the same price (you can imagine our surprised faces). After arguing, he was forced to call several hotels to find us a room, and finally, it seems, he found us one in a nearby hotel... Our surprise upon arriving at this other hotel was that there were no rooms for our group, so we found ourselves scrambling around at 9:00 PM trying to find a room. In the nerves of the moment and in a hurry to avoid being left on the street, we didn't think to ask for a complaint form, but that's what this guy deserved. Establishments like this shouldn't have a tourist license. I just hope that no one else has to go through a similar situation and see their vacation ruined by such disastrous management as that of the Cerdanya hostel/inn.
