YHA Treyarnon Bay

What a truly special location, for a YHA ! I booked a private room, and it was super clean and inviting. En suite was a bonus (shower was powerful too). Restaurant/cafe/bar was on offer and a self catering kitchen. Access to Treyarnon beach is a 30 second walk and Constantine and Haryln Bay are both within walking distance. There are two pubs, convienavce store and petrol station lin the nearby village. All the staff were 21 polite, friendly and very welcoming. A great start to the year. Thank you, YHA, and all the staff. I'll be back!

Friendly and welcoming for a drink after walk/swim in the sea pool below. We visited several times in Feb, so guessing it was quiet anyway, but relaxed and a great spot to watch the sunset.

I went on a camping trip to this YHA in mid-February, and the weather was brutal with freezing winds and nonstop rain. When we checked in, Stacy was genuinely surprised we were camping in such conditions, but she went above and beyond to ensure our safety. Despite it being a busy time, she took the moment to explain the wind directions and the terrain, and kindly informed us about the indoor facilities we could use. ​What touched us the most was her constant check-ins. At 2 AM, when the storm was at its peak, she actually came out to our tent through the heavy rain to offer us a spare room if we wanted to move inside. Thanks to her professional advice on tent pitching and her sincere care, we felt safe and mentally supported despite the reckless weather. ​I’ve stayed at many YHA locations, but I have never met a staff member as responsible and dedicated as Stacy. I cannot praise her enough and will definitely be back to camp here again!
