Stone Rock Lodge

I have been to several events here, which have included sauna rituals, DJ sets, dancing, and delicious pizzas. Scott, Caspar and the other facilitators are not only highly experienced, but they bring a fun, playful edge to what they do, making it all the more enjoyable. These events provide the opportunity to connect with self and others, to both relax and reenergise, to have fun and be silly, and to consciously set intentions. I have come away each time feeling truly uplifted (and on the occasions I’ve had pizza, well sated too!) I would highly recommend attending the Equinox event on March 22nd, or heading down one evening to treat yourself to a sauna session and some good food, and to soak up the atmosphere. Enjoy!

Great session! It exceeded all expectations. Having sauna ritual as a part of my culture, this experience was the best in my life. Casper and the team do magic. Presentation, atmosphere, enthusiasm, top techniques taken to the next level are at the top. They are really masters of the sauna. So happy that I made my 40 min trip in the dark and cold. It had been rewarded in full. Thank you, Casper! Pizza was a great addition at the end 😋 Great and friendly place.

Used the sauna and plunge pods followed by pizza in the restaurant. Great experience using the wellness facilities and will definitely be back The pizza was amazing and the service was fabulous.
