The rooms were crammed, there was 4 bunk-beds and one single bed in a 30m2 room. The bunk beds were dangerous, there was no ladder. There was AC and TV but we didn't get the remotes. The toilets didn't have seats on them, and the doors were getting stuck and couldn't have been locked. The breakfasts were a bit poor, the dinners were great and delicious, but the service was a bit slow and the food didn't arrive on time. The pool was almost never open.

Affordable accommodation, but with hotel amenities, homemade and quality food, it is in a very quiet place next to Assisi, ideal if you are looking for tranquility . I recommend it.

Disgusting and dirty beds with hair, and they’re breaking. Its very unstable and im scared and mold in the bathroom. No internet I wouldn’t recommed. There are loud neighbours with dogs. Never been in a place like this i feel like im in a prison.
