Hotel Albris und Restaurant Kochendörfer

Great hotel, bus stop just next & in front of hotel, within a short walk of the local train station. Clean, large rooms & beautiful spa. Food is great - maybe some dinner choices are repetitive if you eat there every night & cheese is served too cold. Only minor point: not many viennoiseries in the morning (e.g. no pain au chocolat).

We had a perfect stay in this lovely hotel. Both modern and keeping with tradition. The “arven” wooden rooms smell awesome and almost guarantee a good night sleep. The restaurant is very good as well. We had both a mixture of fish and meat dishes - all very well prepared and nicely served. The hotel has parking next door for chf 15 a day.

Lovely experience. Kind and thoughtful staff, comfortable modern rooms with a touch of traditional charm and excellent food. The hotel sits on top of the famous Kochendorfer's Bakery, so the selection of bread and baked goods at breakfast is always fresh and delicious and the cakes etc in the cafe are excellent.
