A wonderful barn conversion tastefully appointed, with the most sophisticated bathroom and kitchen, together with a super comfy bed, this little gem of a find is perfect for exploring the lake district. Close to Penrith and Kendal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great cosy getaway.

Gorgeous room, huge, with comfy chairs and a beautiful bathroom. Lounge area with warm fire. A great place to catch up with fellow coast to coast walkers. Great breakfast.

These guys genuinely saved me from a very uncomfortable, wet night. This was the best place I stopped for rest during the Coast to coast. Warm and cosy, with an AMAZING room. Managed to get all my stuff washed and dried and got a great night of rest. The owners are such lovley people, so thank you again for taking my last minute reservation, I really appreciate that ❤️
