I return to Auberge du Raisin in repetition. On this journey I am compelled to sing its praises in the somewhat vacuous forum of the internet. But it deserves the song. Owner Jean-Jacques has seen the chapters of hospitality unfold over the decades and yet remains charming, present and beyond welcoming. I visit this area for work and stay beyond the assignment for plasir. The rooms are impeccably clean, envelope you in warmth in simplicity. Jean-Jacque says himself we are simple here. As someone who works in the fast and furious world of luxury hospitality… this feels like an elegant hug. The cuisine oh la la. Tiny chickens roasted to perfection on an open fire, fresh lac perch and perfectly dressed greens, locals gathering to talk for hours, precision without sharpness. If you do not want pomp and circumstance but old world charm and warmth I can not recommend Auberge du Raisin more. Merci Beaucoup until next time 💓

A superb restaurant for a very special dining experience. The perch from Lac Leman was incredible. The chicken was smoked in front of us around the fire accompanied by delicious gratin and lots of other vegetables. The owner made us fell very welcome. A real gem!
