The house was very expensive, dark and feeezing . They only provided one space heater for three rooms in a house with no heat on New Years in the middle of winter . Customer service was terrible and I got sick. Do NOT recommend in winter !

I think this place should be ~4.3, so I chose 5 to give it a boost. The staff was very friendly and the spa and playground are very kid friendly, clean and fun. There are some things that are showing signs of aging, don't expect a fancy polished aesthetic. Kitchen was medium well equipped. Great for families and affordable prices especially off season.

What a joke! You want to relax after a long day in holiday? No! The emergency light which brightens not only your room but is enough to read at night is not going off! So the very caring staff ( not! They just tell you it’s your problem) tells you to cover it up by yourself if you want to sleep in the living room! Thank you for nothing !
