Chalet Guapa

Thanks a lot, to our host for this fantastic stay. Such an amazing place! We had an astonishing time staying at Chalet Guapa. The living room / kitchen / dining space is perfect for cooking meals in and spending time in front of the fireplace with a view on the Mont-Blanc. A perfect place to enjoy the snow and get some relaxation. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. Tucked away in the peaceful beauty of Montroc, only few minutes' drive from Chamonix and its well-renowned ski slopes, Chalet Guapa is the ideal alpine holiday hideaway. The host was very communicative and helpful! We will definitely come back 😊

Our stay in Chamonix was honestly unforgettable. The chalet had absolutely breathtaking views of the mountains that looked unreal every single morning. It felt like something out of a movie. The location was perfect too, only about a 5 minute drive to the slopes with super easy access to public transportation, which made getting around incredibly simple even without driving everywhere. What really made the experience special though were the hosts. They were so kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the entire stay. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure guests have an amazing experience. And Chamonix itself is one of the cutest towns I’ve ever visited. It honestly felt like a real life Whoville tucked into the Alps, especially with the snowy streets, cozy buildings, and mountain scenery everywhere you look. Could not recommend this place more. We would absolutely stay here again.

We spent a long weekend at Chalet Guapa in early January with friends and our children, and it was simply incredible. Montroc is a beautiful little village, even more peaceful and authentic than Chamonix, with a completely unobstructed view of Mont Blanc. Waking up to that view from your bed or the living room... it's truly a special moment. The chalet is perfect for a stay with family or friends: spacious, warm, with a really friendly atmosphere. You immediately feel at home. Everything is very clean and extremely well-equipped—a special mention for the kitchen where nothing is lacking (including the raclette grill, which definitely got some use!). The bedrooms are comfortable, the bedding is very pleasant, and the chalet is well-heated, which is much appreciated in the middle of winter. The jacuzzi on the terrace with its mountain views is a real bonus, as is the snow-covered garden that looks like a postcard. From a practical standpoint, it's ideal: the ski slopes of Le Tour are practically next door, making it incredibly easy to plan ski days. There's also a bus stop nearby, and even the train station right across from the chalet—all while being perfectly peaceful and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return very soon. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend.
