Chalet et Mazot de La Tête Aux Vents

What an amazing place we stayed in!!!!! We didn’t want to stay in the busy noisy center of Chamonix so we Opted something a bit further away- and only a ten minute drive / the location was perfect as it also provided us with free parking on the premises! The cottage was stunning! It was warm and was decorated beautifully! So cozy and there was a personal touch everywhere you looked! We had a booklet explaining and telling us everything we needed to know about the busses- public transport/ ski information needed - tickets and even the Covid center number for our daily rapids! What was even more special is that the host surprised us with a bottle of champagne and home made Jam, along with bread, butter coffee and milk in the fridge ! There was also chocolates, fresh fruit, Nuts and nought ! Perfect for our first day morning breakfast! We had such an amazing stay - we will surely come again! Can’t recommend enough! ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏻

A truly wonderful stay. The chalet was of very high quality and, above all, extremely well-equipped. The owners were very courteous and always ready to help. The proximity to the train station allowed us to leave our car all week and ski at the various resorts without any problems. We highly recommend it and will most certainly return to this magnificent accommodation.

An unforgettable place. Beautiful views of the Argentière Glacier and the Mont Blanc massif, enhanced by the regular (but not annoying) passage of the Mont Blanc Express. Perfect location, just two minutes from Argentière train station and the village center. The Arve River flows nearby, providing a soothing soundtrack to the evenings without being a nuisance. The chalet is very well-equipped and comfortable. The wooden terrace is a delight for summer lunches. A little slice of paradise.
