THE best campsite. Amazing views, amazing facilities. Reasonable rates. Been there 5 times now no motorbike trips, beautiful roads in the surrounding areas and Chamonix just down the road. What more could you ask for?

We stayed for a week in August for some hiking. The sisters who run the campsite create an atmosphere where campers, climbers, walkers, holiday-makers of all ages and nationalities are made welcome. Beautifully clean, wonderful walks from the door step or via the free train ticket through the valley, reliable showers, hot water, great views, a popular bar serving some food, but overall a lovely peaceful atmosphere (everyone in bed by 10.30pm and generally up early hitting the trails).

Great campsite. Team were great. Even though it was raining showed us to a nice dry spot at the top of the site under some trees. A nice flat spot with a toilet nearby. Facilities were great with good communual kitchen and washing up area. A little lounge area you can chill out in and charge your phone. Toilets and shower were very clean.
