Nice place. Good size for 2 people maybe 3. There are a sleeping couch. Very close to everything in Luz. Big area to barbeque.No cleaning of the apartment in 7 days. Change towels when we asked.To get contact only text message in portuguise.

Extremely disappointing and untrustworthy⚠️ ⚠️experience. We paid a €400 deposit, and after checkout the Anna the owner stopped replying and never returned the money. We later found out she did the same to other renters we met at the property. Be very careful — this seems to be a repeated behavior. Save your money, peace of mind and energy

Door cannot be locked, most of the lights in the bathroom not working, lots of mold, tiny tv, bad wifi. No change of towels, no new linen for the bed, no vacuum cleaner, no washing machine. But that’s the good part. Payment needed to be partially in cash, communication was horrible (don’t call me I’m busy). Tried to check out and asked for getting back my deposit, she didn’t respond. Seen her on the street, she got angry, refused to pay back my cash.
