Very nice and warm welcome by the waitress at the front and after by the waitress at our table. Had a Fondue aux herbes (3 persons) and 1 tartare with delicious home made fries. And for dessert I had a coupe vieux champex. When the shift of the waitress ended she quickly dropped by to wish us a good weekend and transfered us to the new waitress. It feels like a family run restaurant/hotel. Would recommend after a good hike or skiing session😃🙌

The rooms were clean and there was sufficient space for all of us to rest, and a bonus that there was a stove to do some light cooking. The heaters weren't available when we visited in early September however, so it could get rather chilly at times. There's also a fee for unwashed dishes upon checkout, so ensure you wash up before leaving.

Hiking the TMB..stopped for a very expensive but well deserved but not great tasting meal yesterday. Received food poisoning & made for a very horrible experience a few miles out of town while tenting. Not sure what food was bad, but had the burger, ham, veggies & noodles. Not worth the price even if didn't get very ill.
