The apartment is very nice and quite well-equipped. If I had to find a fault, the mattresses are very soft, especially those on the smaller beds; they're not suitable for adults. The owners are wonderful. The location is excellent. It has a parking space, which is fantastic.

We spent the May bank holiday weekend there, and our stay was generally very pleasant. The apartment was spotless, and having a parking space included was a big plus. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend replacing the mattresses in the bedroom with the two single beds. I had read in a previous review that they weren't comfortable, and after our experience, I can say that it's not so much a matter of preference (soft or firm) but rather their age. They are old spring mattresses, and you could feel them quite a bit while sleeping, which made them uncomfortable. We also noticed that the toaster wasn't working; we tried several outlets, but nothing worked. And as for dish soap, there wasn't any in the apartment. When we mentioned this, they told us to look in the garage, but we couldn't find any and ended up having to buy some. Even so, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the service we received. With small details like these addressed, the experience could be perfect.

Fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable for visiting both Asturias and Cantabria. The apartment is super cozy with all sorts of thoughtful touches that make your stay perfect… Heating, cleanliness, kitchenware, blankets, comfortable beds, tasteful decor, tranquility… And on top of that, they allow pets, which makes it perfect! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family and we will be back!
